SC Stays Delhi HC Order on Probe Agencies' Power to Arrest - 28.09.2016

SC, while providing relief to agencies dealing with customs, excise and service tax evasions, has stayed operation of a Delhi High Court order restraining these from arresting offenders till adjudication on evasion of duty concluded.
