Bombay HC Grants Relief to Baina Residents - 28.09.2016

Bombay HC has quashed demolition notices issued by Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority (GCZMA) seeking to demolish allegedly illegal structures in No Development Zone (NDZ) at Baina beach.
