CCI Permits Sanofi-Boehringer Asset Swap - 27.09.2016

Competition Commission of India (CCI) has permitted swapping of Animal Health and Consumer Healthcare businesses between French drugmaker Sanofi and Germany-based Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH (BI), a deal worth $25 billion.
