SC Issues Notice to Centre, Others over Plea Seeking Guidelines on Raids - 27.09.2016

SC has sought responses from Centre and investigating agencies including CBI and ED on a PIL seeking framing of guidelines to safeguard rights of common public against alleged misuse of investigating powers during search and seizure.
