Bombay HC Denies Interim Relief to Fashion Magazine 'Vogue' in Trademark Dispute - 26.09.2016

Bombay HC has denied to grant interim relief to fashion magazine 'Vogue', which sought an injunction against a Just Life Styles, which has retail shops across India by the name 'Just In Vogue' and selling lifestyle products like watches, writing instruments etc, from using its trademark.
