Hyderabad HC Put Stay on GO 45 over Land Acquisition - 26.09.2016

Hyderabad HC has stayed operation of GO Ms No. 45 issued by Telangana Government to acquire land through private negotiations for allotting same to certain industrial blocs like Green Pharmacity in Ranga Reddy district, NIMZ in Medak, and Solar projects in Mahabubnagar district.
