NGT to BMC: No Construction in Aarey Colony Till September 10 - 01.09.2015

National Green Tribunal (NGT), western bench zone has directed Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) to not to issue any No-Objection Certificate for construction within Aarey Colony till September 10.
