Bombay HC: Water is for All, No Region Can Claim Right over It - 26.09.2016

Bombay HC has directed State Government to formulate a State Water Resources plan within six weeks and asked them to frame an integrated water plan to ensure equitable supply across regions with less wastage within eight months.
