SC Orders Strict Implementation of Ban on Chewing Tobacco - 26.09.2016

SC has made it clear that it has banned sale of all forms of chewable tobacco or nicotine and has therefore directed authorities, including Food Safety and Standards Authority of India to strictly enforce its directions.
