Bombay High Court Orders State Govt. to Create Diagnostic Tool in Urdu - 01.09.2015

Bombay High Court has ordered Maharashtra Government to consider a proposal for development of a diagnostic tool in Urdu to identify learning disability in Urdu schools, considering large number of Urdu-medium schools in state and at about 10 lakh students.
