Delhi HC Warns Private School for Denying Admission to Disabled Child - 22.09.2016

Delhi HC has warned a Private School and said that it cannot be allowed to escape legal mandate by keeping its door closed to a disabled child under economically weaker section category on ground that he was studying in a municipal school.
