Hyderabad HC: Speaker Failed to Exercise Powers Conferred upon Him - 22.09.2016

Hyderabad HC, while observing that Speaker of State Legislative Assembly has failed to exercise powers conferred upon him, said that Speaker has to decide on applications filed for disqualification of Errabelli Dayakar Rao and 11 other MLAs from TDP.
