CIC Imposes Penalty of Re 1 on RTI Applicant - 21.09.2016

Central Information Commission (CIC) has slapped penalty of Re one on an RTI applicant who was acting as a front for a pesticide lobbying group seeking raw data of a JNU research, findings of which went against the interests of the group.
