Bombay HC: PIL on 15 Dam Projects in Maharashtra Raises Serious Issue, Needs Monitoring - 31.08.2015

Bombay High Court has denied to dismiss a PIL alleging irregularities in tendering process for 15 dam projects in Maharashtra and substandard construction in these projects, saying issue was serious and monitoring is needed.
