Madras High Court Denies Relief to Helios and Matheson - 31.08.2015

Madras HC has dismissed plea filed by M/s Helios and Matheson Information Technology Ltd. seeking to quash FIR against it, contending that Economic Offences Wing of State police had no authority to investigate under TN Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act,1997.
