NGT Extends Time Limit Till Sept. 18 to File Reply to Plea Regarding New Capital for Andhra Pradesh - 31.08.2015

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has extended time till Sept 18 for Union Ministry of Environment to file counter reply to plea of Pandalaneni Srimannarayana against development of new capital for Andhra Pradesh allegedly in ‘flood and earthquake prone area’ and without proper environment clearances.
