Karnataka HC Stays CBSE's Disaffiliation of NPS Group of Schools - 15.09.2016

Karnataka HC, while giving relief to NPS Schools, has stayed further proceedings pursuant to FIR lodged against them and also stayed CBSE's disaffiliation of NPS Group of Schools in relation to forged minority certificate controversy.
