Delhi HC Directs Govt. to Stop Stubble Burning - 15.09.2016

Delhi HC has irked over growing menace of stubble burning in states like Haryana and Punjab, which is a major cause of air pollution in the national capital and direct Government to ensure "zero burning" of bio-mass this year.
