Bombay HC Cites Century-Old Law, Bars Redevelopment near Juhu Military Station - 15.09.2016

Bombay HC, while dismissing a petition by developer of a slum rehabilitation project near Juhu Wireless Station, has held that Works of Defence Act prohibits construction within 500 yards of defence establishments in the State.
