Bombay HC Raps Service Tax Department over Request to Recall Auction of Mallya’s Jet - 15.09.2016

Bombay HC has rapped Service Tax Department for moving an application requesting the court to recall its earlier order allowing auction sale of the corporate jet that once flew the king of good times Vijay Mallya.
