Swatch Wins “iWatch” Trademark Case Against Apple - 14.09.2016

UK's Intellectual Property Office (IPO), while taking Swiss watchmaker ‘Swatch’ opposition against Apple's registration of the trademark "iWatch" in the UK, has agreed with Swatch, upholding its opposition which it filed in March 2014.
