Bombay HC Permits Goats Slaughter on a Building Terrace on Bakrid - 13.09.2016

Bombay HC has held that city residents are entitled to sacrifice goats on occasion of Bakrid, subject to terms and conditions laid down in licences obtained by them from local authorities.
