Bombay HC Dismisses Petition of Art Collector Lance Dane’s ‘Adopted Son’ over Antiques - 13.09.2016

Bombay HC has dismissed petition filed by Sanjay Gejge, who claimed to be an adopted son of art collector Lance Dane, challenging validity of City Collector's order enabling a Public Charitable Trust to take over treasure trove of antiques etc., left behind by the British Army Officer.
