Law Commission Report No. 260 analysing draft model Indian bilateral investment treaty

The Law Commission released its 260th Report on 'Analysis of the 2015 Draft Model Indian Bilateral Investment Treaty'. The bi-lateral investment treaty programme is an attempt to increase investment in-flow into the country and boost investor confidence.
