Bombay HC to State: Furnish Details of Steps Taken to Improve System of Criminal Administration - 12.09.2016

Bombay HC has directed State Government to furnish details of steps it is taking to tackle the problems of overcrowding in jails and of assigning escort officers for producing prisoners in court.
