SC Slams Kerela Govt. for Not Presenting Enough Evidence to Prove Guilt of Accused - 09.09.2016

SC, while rapping the prosecution, has said that there was no place for guesswork in a death penalty appeal and slammed Kerala Government for not presenting enough evidence to prove guilt of Govindachami, condemned to death for the crime in the Soumya Vishwanathan rape and murder case.
