Delhi HC Dismisses Pleas against Centre's Notifications on LG's Power - 09.09.2016

Delhi HC has dismissed two petitions challenging notifications issued by Centre on powers of Lieutenant Governor (LG) in appointing bureaucrats in the national capital and jurisdiction of Delhi Government's Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB).
