DIPP Clarifies Copyright Act Applies to Digital Streaming Services - 08.09.2016

Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) has clarified that all forms of broadcasting including digital music streaming fall under section 31(D) of the Copyright Act of 2013.
