SC: Human Rights Violations by Security Forces a Matter of Concern - 08.09.2016

SC, while observing that Government stoutly defended the role of security forces in Jammu and Kashmir and insurgency-hit Manipur, has said it was more concerned about human rights violations happening in the heart of capital cities like Imphal.
