Gujarat HC Notices Govt., Pokemon Go Developers - 08.09.2016

Gujarat HC has issued notices to State and Central Governments as well as the developer of location-based augmented reality game “Pokemon Go” on a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) alleging that the game hurts religious sentiments of certain communities by showing eggs in places of worship.
