Amendments to the Arbitration and Conciliation Bill, 2015

The Union Cabinet approved amendments to the Arbitration and Conciliation Bill, 2015. The changes include having to disclose in writing the existence of a relationship with the arbitrator, and prescription of a time limit within which the Arbitral Tribunal must pass its award.
