SC Stops Hero Ecotech Limited from Using Trade Name ‘Hero’ - 07.09.2016

Supreme Court, while providing relief to bicycle maker Hero Cycles, has restrained rival Hero Ecotech Limited from using the trade name ‘Hero’ for its bicycles.
