P&H High Court Imposes Fine on Dera Chief Rs 20,000 for Delaying Trial Proceedings - 05.09.2016

P&H High Court has imposed an "exemplary cost" of Rs 20,000 on Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh for his deliberate attempts to delay the trial of rape case in which he is an accused.
