DERC: Power Company Can't Bill Discoms - 05.09.2016

Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) has said that Indraprastha Power Generating Company Ltd (IPGCL), which operates Rajghat power house, cant continue billing discoms to recover capital cost as Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) between the power house and the discoms had expired in May 2015.
