Punjab and Haryana HC Notices Chief Secretary over Private Schools' Fee Hike - 05.09.2016

Punjab and Haryana HC has issued a notice to Punjab Chief Secretary Sarvesh Kaushal and Principal Secretary (School Education) G Vajralingam on a contempt petition for not implementing its directions to set up some mechanism regarding controlling fee structure of private schools in the State.
