SC Put Stay on Proceedings on Death Row Convict’s Plea in Delhi HC - 05.09.2016

SC has stayed a hearing on death row convict Sonu Sardar's plea before Delhi HC for commuting his sentence to life imprisonment after Chhattisgarh Government questioned jurisdiction of the HC in deciding the issue.
