Bombay HC: Unwanted Pregnancy can Harm Mental Health - 05.09.2016

Bombay HC, while observing that forcing woman to carry on with unwanted pregnancy amounts to causing grave injury to her mental health, has directed authorities at Thane prison to refer pregnant undertrial to civil hospital for obtaining doctors’ opinion on a medical termination of pregnancy.
