NGT Notices Centre and Maharashtra over Green Nod to Chhatrapati Shivaji Memorial Office - 02.09.2016

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has issued notices to Centre and Maharashtra Government seeking clarifications on environmental clearance and Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) clearances given to the Chhatrapati Shivaji memorial office the Mumbai coast before September 30.
