Delhi HC Orders Return of Service Tax Payments made by MakeMyTrip - 02.09.2016

Delhi HC has directed Director General of Central Excise Intelligence (DGCEI) to return service tax payments made in MakeMyTrip, Ibibo and eBIZ service tax matters under duress by the companies within a period of four weeks.
