SC Upholds Allahabad HC’s Decision over ‘Visiting’ Lawyer - 02.09.2016

SC has upheld rules framed by the Allahabad HC that made it mandatory for a 'visiting' lawyer to co-opt a locally-enrolled lawyer to appear in either of the two benches of the High Court.
