Delhi HC to Centre: Take Steps to Include Third Gender in UPSC Exam - 01.09.2016

Delhi HC has directed the Centre to take necessary steps to "expeditiously" modify the rules regarding the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) to incorporate transgender or third gender in the exam application forms.
