NGT Issue Notices to 45 Housing Societies in Vasundhara Enclave for Dumping Waste in Hindon - 28.08.2015

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has issued notices to 45 housing societies in Vasundhara Enclave in East Delhi to show cause why they not be directed to pay compensation on "polluter pays principle" for dumping waste in area around Hindon canal.
