SC: De Novo Hearing at Decided Case would Amount to Intra-Court Appeal - 31.08.2016

SC has ruled that de novo (afresh) hearing of a case already decided by a larger bench of the SC would amount to an intra-court appeal which is not "permissible" under the Constitution nor any existing law.
