SC Rejects Vikram Bakshi’s Plea against Arbitration in McDonald’s India Case - 31.08.2016

SC has rejected appeal filed by Vikram Bakshi, an estranged partner of McDonald’s India Pvt Ltd, against a Delhi HC order allowing the US-based fast-food major to pursue arbitration.
