Delhi Court: Obscenity against Women Cannot Go Unpunished - 30.08.2016

A Delhi court, while taking a stern view of a man making obscene gestures at a woman, has sent the accused to jail observing that not punishing the “lawless indecent behaviour” would encourage such acts.
