SC Notices Maharashtra Govt., BCI over Law CET - 30.08.2016

SC has issued notice to Maharashtra Government and Bar Council of India (BCI) and adjourned by a week a petition challenging a recent Bombay HC order that has upheld State Common Entrance Test (CET) for law college admissions.
