SC Extends Stay on Gujarat HC’s Order over 10% EWS Quota - 30.08.2016

SC has extended its stay on a Gujarat High Court order in which the latter quashed a State Government’s ordinance for 10 per cent quota for economically backward classes in the unreserved category — among the protesting Patidar community — by two more weeks.
