SC Issues Notice to UP Govt. over Bulandshahr Gangrape - 29.08.2016

SC, while taking note of a plea of father of Bulandshahr gangrape victim that the probe and trial in the case be shifted out of Uttar Pradesh, has issued notice to State Government and its minister Azam Khan in the matter.
