Supreme Court Says “No toll for bad roads“ - 28.08.2015

Supreme Court has ordered that NHAI and concessionaires cannot collect toll tax from commuters for using National Highways if a road is in bad shape and blamed Central Govt. over lack of will and policy in this regard.
