U.S. PTO Rules in Favour of Mylan - 29.08.2016

U.S.Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) has ruled in the favour of Natco Pharma’s marketing partner Mylan, with regard to patent claims pertaining to multiple sclerosis drug Copaxone.
